A BIT ABOUT ME

As a former competitive figure skater, an affinity for fitness was ingrained in me at a very young age. My focus is to help you make fitness a top priority, and, in doing so, boost your confidence and productivity in all other areas of your life. We'll work together to strengthen both your physical and mental fitness alike, incorporating eclectic modes of training to ensure that every session is fun, unique, and, of course, challenging. As a comedian and performer, I'll keep you pushing with intermittent spurts of laughter, because why not burn extra calories...for free! Am I right? Fit & funny. How's that for a UVP? :-) I look forward to hearing from you!

"Working with Alana has been a movie-montage perfect experience of working with a trainer. That's not to say our sessions are easy – but Alana really, truly listens to her clients and adjusts accordingly. For example, I told her I really didn't want to incorporate burpees because they hurt my body (in an actual pain way), and she's found other exercises that target those same muscles. For the first time in a long while, I'm feeling strong in my body, and working up to doing pushups (aka my nemesis) actually feels like a joy instead of an arduous task. Alana makes working out be something super positive, both in her sessions and the overall journey. (Oh, and this has all just been through virtual session!)"
